Yes, love it. Particularly the creamier ones, Gorgonzola, Danish Blue etc. But the old fashioned crumbly Stilton is also good.
Depends. Stilton too strong for me. Shropshire Blue nice. Bought one at Morrisons the other day called Castello which I thought was delicious.
