if it is going to cost money to offload Gibbs, I would consider keeping him.

Yup, his attacking attributes will help massively, especially when playing O'Shea at LB and he can slot in to a back 3 when Gibbs goes on the attack.

The problem is stopping him from pulling something, and I'm not talking about a local slag.

Shame, Robinson looks a fantastic player, and at £2m is a snip.
I’m sure we can match the bid and have discussions but there’s probably 20 sides interested so expect this deal to rumble on a while yet

Why on earth would he choose us above almost any other club in the Prem, especially one that has just finished ninth, and has been flirting with Europe all year??
