I'd imagine a sell-on clause too, but I'm cool with that. Nixon did hint last night that West Ham were desperate to offload players but yes, £12m seems a bargain. Let's hope he didn't flatter in the Chump.

He had as much impact as Barnes did in the Championship and Barnes actually got numbers very very near Grealish and Adama (who are being lorded like Pirlo and Robben) in his first full season despite being a couple of years younger. Therefore I give Grady a pretty good chance of doing alright! Same goes for Periera and Krov for that matter.
