Surely if they're going to charge a ridiculous price that only one person will pay for the logical thing to do is to play the game when that one person will pay for it?

If a load of folks are working from home it’s less of an issue, I guess, and then allows for another game at 8pm.
What time will Cornish need to set off?
Next 3 games moved to Monday 5.30

This is fucking bullshit.

PPV will work great for the likes of United and Liverpool where they’ll have millions of willing punters. How many punters are they realistically going to get for West Brom v Burnley?

As a rough estimate circa 10,000 = £149,500

Only positive is more preparation time for Burnley. Gives us an extra 2 days.

They’ll be lucky to get 10k at that rate.

Especially given that most people who will want to watch it will just find a way to watch it for free.
I seriously doubt they’ll get anywhere near 10k pay £15 to watch that.
We will be lucky to get 1K.

This is all about breaking the 3.00 Saturday habit, and having a TV deal to show all games. Fuck the fans, they don't matter.
So even if I have a sky sports subscription I need to pay £15 to watch us against Burnley?
