in the relegation battle (at the moment) but with Toon's surprise win against what it must be said was a half full strength Everton side, we're probably looking at 3 from 5 at the moment so a Spurs win tonight will be welcome!
A win tomorrow is huge Hoppy. Would give us a 5 point buffer.
A win would be awesome but I'd be happy with an away point.
Callum Wilson was the signing of the summer. Everything he hits has gone in, without him Newcastle would be way down there.

Plus a slightly better goal difference than Fulham and Burnley but it's a must not lose for me, a win would be a massive bonus.

Think he's earned them at least 6 points so yes, they'd be in the mix.

If he stays fit and with Maximim, Almiron and Fraser they probably have enough.

I noticed Jacob Murphy played right back for Toon and did ok.

I think win would also change completely how our start is viewed.

We have to get a win sooner or later. My worry is our winless run stretches back well into last season and if we don't get one from Burnley, Brighton or Fulham then you really have to ask where it will come from.

We need a convincing win to build confidence for the rest of the season. We can't keep relying on teams being worse than us as that simply won't happen. Dyche will get Burnley moving upwards again sooner or later.

Agree Peachy.

Whilst avoiding defeat would be Ok, we really need 3 points sooner rather than later.
It’s 3 from 4.

Burnley,
Us,
Fulham,
Sheff Utd.

1 of those 4 will survive. I may be us, but probably won’t be.
With Solskjaer in charge you could add 15th placed Man U to the list.
