Was in the studio on the downunder sky (optus).
Was being very positive about Albion
In the frame?
Not a chance
Unfortunately it won't happen. Would be the best available replacement IMO
Nope. He’d be mad to take this when he can sit and wait for a better job to come along.

Never in a zillion years.

Such as?

Outside of the top 6-8 clubs, there aren’t many “better” clubs out there... granted he’d get a bit more money spend elsewhere, but any team he inevitably takes over will be in a relegation scrap.
With our youngish developing squad, he's clearly the right choice to build on something. There's no chance of us getting Howe, bigger potential suitors would have sounded him out by now so he's probably playing the waiting game, also he will not be given the time nor backing while pennyless China are in control - thus being a little unattractive to take on. The Chinese desperately need us to stay in the league (or at least look as though we will/have a chance to) this season to make us attractive to buyers.

Deja-vu Peace/Pulis.

I bet Pulis is wishing he'd hung on a few weeks....

Big difference between joining a mid-table outfit and one that looks doomed.

Said the other day that his stock is still pretty high. Not big 6 high, but he can afford to sit and wait until a job somewhere like Newcastle/Villa/West Ham/Southampton/Everton/Wolves becomes available. He won’t need to jump at the first job that opens up.
He hardly did a great job of avoiding the drop with a better group of players last year.
