What a bunch of cunts they are, they won't cancel the flight even though we can't go to tenerife. So we have to go to the airport on the 27th at 4am in the morning to say we are going then they will tell us we can't go.... If we don't go we can't get a refund..... I'm not wasting money on a PCR test at £150 quid each as you can't get the money back..... Utter shambles by the shit houses....
RANT OVER
Absolute wankers. Advertising free flight changes *

*But watch out for the mammoth list of stipulations such as it only applies to the pilot of the fucking plane
If you paid on a credit card, look into issuing a chargeback through section 75.
I think the wife paid on my debit card.... My mate has to turn up in the morning to go to Lanzarote its still saying its scheduled to go..... Charletons.

On one of the sites the family checked to see if the flight was still going they turned up with 3 kids to say its cancelled with kids crying their eyes out.....
When this pandemic is over, we all need to remember which companies treated customers like shit and avoid them in the future  its the only what they will deserve.
I would rather pay £100 more than use ryanair.... Sounds a bit over the top but never again... They even know our hotel is closed ffs.

Sorry to read this, liquid lad.

I didn’t find it difficult to rebook three return flights with them to Palma online from October this year to February next (for the total cost of 64p). Strange that they’ve changed the rules, but it’s got me hoping I won’t be in for the same treatment. Had you already checked-in?
I stopped flying Ryanair 5 years ago and have never regretted it. I only regret I didn’t stop sooner - luckily I think I only ever flew three times but it was 3 times too many.

Backlog is huge on travel related S75s.... I’m still waiting on one from April.

Pretty sure there are websites and social media groups devoted to that.

It’s a lovely idea but sadly people will do what they always do... make a load of noise, false promises in public and then in private conveniently forget any vow they made to save 20p or 20 minutes.
