Got the call for my jab this morning via text. I'm 55 and all my mates of the same age have had the call too.

Booked now for Saturday week at the cricket ground.

I was chatting to someone last week who works as a volunteer in Harborne at the vaccine centre and she reckons they're already calling people in their 40s.

A chap I know, 52, but with some slight blood pressure issues, whose overweight, had his about 2 weeks ago.

It makes me wonder if the rollout is actually ahead of what we're being told. The chap I just spoke about reckons we are ahead of what the official figures are.
I know a number of kids (40 somethings) who've had theirs.

And a lot of 50 summats too now.
Depends on the area Spandau, Birmingham and Solihull are stating that they are booking 55s and over at the moment, I'm 52 and keep looking to see if I can get a slot but to no avail. My missus who is a carer got hers on Friday and I went along to see if I could blag my way in but, again, no dice. Some Doctors surgeries are ahead of the curve and are inviting over 50s.
Some stats from around the world...

I'm a 40 something and have heard fuck all.
Me and the wife (60 & 61) took my mom to the surgery for hers on 29 Jan. Last appointment of the day. Asked if there were any spare left in the vials. They had 2 and offered them to us. 2nd jab booked for mid April.

Are you down in the smoke CW?
I think they should make a priority now of jabbing the obese, whatever the age.   That's targeting the risk.

I think they probably have, but not saying it. They probably used blood pressure as an excuse or something. The 52 year old chap I mentioned, who had his about 3 weeks ago, is well overweight.
