This first and second phase shite has to end though imo. If the ref does not blow during a phase var shouldn't be allowed to go back if they haven't already told him to look at it. This needs to be looked at better as in this game as if the first goal had stood, would they have gone back to the pen too?
It will take time, but I hope they sort all the issues out though as long term it will help us imo to avoid bad decisions like the neville assault on Dorrans at our place.
