I don't know how many we could've sold for this play off semi but it's a damn sight more than the 26.5K.

its a bit like making a two bedroom a 4 bedroom house when your kids have left home and the grandkids stay once a year.

Is it the traffic? 
Is it because the seats are too cramped? 
Is it it because there were leaves on the line? 

I would like a bigger stadium but there is precious little evidence currently to suggest we will fill it.

It's because Jeremy Peace didn't like "excess capacity."
Jenkins was the bigger barrier than Peace. You'll never see progress while he is here.
