Fucking shite. Should be made to play all fixtures in a neutral country with no support.
The fines should be huge too imo so the Bulgarian FA are then forced to confront the issue. A fine like this is pointless.
They should just make every fixture an away one, with some kind of charitable donation agreed for the receipts. No doubt it’ll work its way into someone’s pocket but it’s a tame response.
