I read the Palace player was the 19th sent off v Bournemouth since their promotion to The Prem. Six more than the next highest team in the same period.

This time in 48 hours time they'll be back mid-division I reckon. Although it's some feat to be 5th when you've scored less than a goal a game (14) and conceded more than a goal a game(18).

No disrespect to Roy, but the fact that Palace are 5th and Burnley could have gone fifth, and having seen both tonight, says it is generally a piss poor premier league.

It really would be a good year to get promoted. The only downside is the Seals have got it easy this year.

I prefer a PL like this where the bigger teams are struggling a little bit rather then the top6 10 points clear
