I'm at work and have just recieved an email from the powers above. It states the company are installing a new security access to the main entrance. It will be a fingerprint scanner so I will need to have my print scanned so it can be added to the system. Now I'm no tin foil hat wearing conspiratorist but something about this does not sit right with me. Maybe it's because ive just been told to do it and not been asked for my permission for them to store my personal details.
Anyone else had similar situation or know rules around employee data protection

When did chavs on quad bikes and scramblers riding around city centres become a thing

Every generation has groups that cause trouble but fug me I do wonder how base and stupid some of society are becoming. Can I vote out of the bits of the UK I don't like please?

that this gem of a place, with its cool owners, hasn't had any comment on here

I have said to peoples faces that they don't need to look or dress like that, just as they don't need to ride a penny farthing, given it is not 1908. The retort has been " well its not 1965 either so ditch the Fred Perry & Stay Pressed"

Minor injury, been withdrawn from the Belgium squad as well.

Wonder if McMannaman will be let out of the dungeon.

  Beard trimmers

As part of the ongoing quest of this board to become some kind of "grumpy mumsnet with a pair of bollox and a drinking problem".... I am just wondering if anyone has got any good beard trimmer recommendations?  My current one's batteries are fugged.

Ever get the feeling the universe hates you?

As I have mentioned on here previously the last few months have been pretty rough for me and my family. Firstly my wife suffered a miscarriage in June, then in September she had to have a routine D&C. There was a huge complication, she lost two litres of blood and almost died. Thankfully she's on the mend now.

Last night I get a call from my mum to tell me she has been diagnosed with lymphoma. She says she'll be in Reading today so I drop everything to drive over there to see her. Stop at Cobham services to buy her some flowers, get back in my car and the fucking thing won't start. Nothing. Dead. Never had a single problem with that car and it picks today to fuck me about. Called the RAC and they've said it could take up to 2 hours to get out here.

Fuck's sake. Definitely feels like life has got it in for me at the momemt.

Seems as though we won't be facing Schmeichel on Saturday.

Good news I suggest.

  referee vile v blues
Posted by: Jamin03 - 11-03-2016, 12:09 PM - Forum: WBAunofficial - Replies (11)

is it just me and my hatred of Vile (think I may have already answered this) but the ref told a vile player to stand in the opposition half to delay blues kicking off after they'd conceded to vile who were busy celebrating.  surely they should be ready for KO and the ref shouldn't take this into his hands and side with one team.

made my piss boil
