Saw on the BBC this morning that some Premiershit clubs have introduced something called AI Scout (Burnley for one). In short people upload videos of them doing a series of defined tests, and then the app uses AI to analyse and rate their performances, anyone scoring over the club's threshold then might be invited for a traditional trial. Burnley had at least one young lad who had got onto their books that way.

it'll never replace the Asian VCR scout, surely??
