  The Rondon complex
Posted by: SausEggBagel - 08-19-2017, 08:03 PM - Forum: WBAunofficial - Replies (13)

When he came on looked at thought he'd gained a few pounds and been on the Saudi diet.

Struggled to get fast over 5 or 10 yards.

Did look a little disinterested in chasing down their back four for the ball.

Just doesn't look at all happy IMO.

Is he out of here, does he know, does he factor in TP's plans?

TP gave him a gentlemanly pat and spoke to him pointing to the changing rooms.

I just wish he would get his mojo back because he's an effective unit when he's in the he mood.

West Brom have recorded back-to-back wins at the start of the season in the top flight for the first time since 1978

By Kanu in scoring that goal.
I can just imagine Rondon in that position..the ball bouncin off him aots followed by a sliced shot and falling over

Like watching Bournemouth last week. Lots of sideways passing. Zero cutting edge.

Excellent result today against a limited but reasonable Burnley. We started well before fading badly first half. HRK made a real difference and deserved his goal. Frantic last 5 when serial scorer WAlters missed a sitter. credit to Pulis for another good result. Marks

Foster 7 good save 1st half and took responsibility for crosses late on - where he cost us 2 points last year. Poor kicking late on though

Nyom 7 little attacking but solid defensively. Covered v well - esp with Vokes winning numerous headers

Brunt 7 some ropey moments but defended well and one of the few to make time on the ball

Hegazi 7. Under par first half when Vokes won numerous headers. Stood strong 2nd half

Dawson 8. Excellent today. First to everything and covered v well. One of his best performances at CB

Barry 7.5. Solid disciplined and reliable. Decent screen late on - won plenty of ball in front of the back 4

Field 6.5. Plenty of effort but struggled to impose himself today. Thought he would get hooked at 0-0

Livermore 7. Mixed bag today - great energy but touch and passing poor. He's better than he's showing

Phillips 7.5. Our only real outlet. Great runs and a thorn in their side when on the ball. Key player

McLean 6 despite energy poor today - bad touch and no end product

JRod 6.5. Tidy at times but should have won more ball. Tired badly 2 half and needed sub

HRK 7.5. Great outlet and changed the game before the goal. Good shift and strike

Rondon 7 actually did well in brief cameo. Put himself about

Stoke have added 1,800 seats to the Brittania. Albion have 2 screens that dont work. Spurs are giving away fans 3,106 seats in a 90,000 capacity

Back to winning 1-0.

Plenty moaning about a win on social-moron media. A lot of fans are idiots.
