I shall be interested to see if Sam plays him tonight. I hope not. He seems to have quite nicely, drifted into the role of "midfield-watcher",
always in and around the action, but not actually involved in it! Certainly he receives the ball, and lays it off, generally to a colleague with somebody up their arse, attempts the occasional tackle, or really just brushes against 'em, gesticulates and points, usually with his gob open, full of Wrigleys, and then meanders back towards our box. His contribution over 90 odd minutes, is minimal, ineffective and downright shameful. Unfortunately, we ain't got BT sport, so Romaine's master-class tonight, should he be selected, will be denied me.
However, I shall be here tomorrow, ready, willng and able to face the abuse coming my way, no doubt, from my more learned fellow contributors.
