On Skysportsnewsshite - blame lack of application all over and the international break for poor performance vs Brighton. He has got a smashing mullet.

Every team was affected by the international break. It can't be used as an excuse. If players are flagging because of it, doe play them.

RE: Gerry Francis - spandaubaggie - 09-13-2017

I think a solid start to the season made us a shade complacent against a team who needed a win desperately- when we add the strange team selection it was a recipe for a bad day.
Gerry Francis's mullet really is something to behold- it is steadfastly sticking to an era in his prime. He reminds me of a bloke I used to see in the late 90s in The Dog in Bearwood- this guy had clearly found himself unable to move on from the Glam Rock days of the early 70s.

Arf!

I think Francis sticks to the old principle of everything comes back in to fashion sooner or later. I still think he's got a bit of wait on his hands!  Big Grin

Did he receive lots of compliments from strangers on his shoes or choice of shirt? Was he perhaps holding a skillet?

Spot on - lets hope we can quickly put it right - as we did this time last year against the same opponents (after a pisspoor performance at Bournemouth on that occasion).

What does Zed out of Police Academy actually do btw - other than drop off Big Thorny at Yates

Doesn't he resemble Peter Stringfellow?

Isn't he Pulis's man in the stands, who watches games and gives him his opinion from a different vantage point?

"Tony, we've got no outlet up top... maybe take off one of the defensive midfielders and put on another attacker... Tony... hello... Tony?"
