This is an outrage that needs to be debated on Talksportshite.
There is an imbalance created by a lack of white caucasians at playing level. Is this being created by our Chinese ownership structure, and our Eastern European management team? We need something like Rooney's Rule to ensure that the elitist whites are fairly represented
