Nice one fella, thanks for posting that. It brought back memories, although I couldn't remember any of the goalscorers! Interesting that Nicky Cross scored one of them. One of my earliest Albion memories was his chipped goal over Rimmer at the Shrine.

Vale had a decent team then. Didn't help them at Wembley though!

Coldest Dunfermline home Feb 69. The pitch had been covered in sand to try and melt the block of ice underneath and provide some grip. It became impossible to watch. Every time you opened your eyes you got your eyeballs sandblasted by the howling wind which whipped up the sand into mini tornadoes.
