If it wasn’t for SJ he’d be sacked by now

Very vocal Ronnie.

With squad we have what formation and personable would you go?

People forget Dowling sanctioned Diangana move for £18m (at that price Bilic was out). Fair, no??

Not about squad or personnel.  They are footballers with the ability to listen and follow instructions.

Coaching a bunch of average footballers means you need structure.  You need discipline.  You need organisation.

Bilic can’t provide that OR the players aren’t listening OR the players are listening and it’s wrong.

WBA as a club will never be blessed with a team of superstars.   We need a coach who can drill the team.Organise them and make them hard to beat.  Then when we have the ball have the ability to break quickly and penetrate space.    We have neither of those principles in our locker and that’s down to the coach.

We have defenders who can defend.
We have midfields who can be organised and put in the correct shape
We have pace.

Not world beaters but we have all of the above.

Ivanovic & Bartley just about good enough for the Championship, can get away with one but not both - just not athletic enough.

Ivanovic neither good enough in the air of quick enough across the turf & we all know Bartley’s limitations

Hezagi sale now looks pretty tragic for our hopes

Ronnie ITK left the club a long time ago pal.

Ivanovic is a plus point this season.  It’s his pals around him. Brans positioning is superb. He can’t do it alone though.

Who knew that a Bilic team couldn’t defend and weren’t that organised? Flip flopping between a pragmatic manager and the likes of Mowbray and Bilic it seems for nearly twenty years. As a self sufficient club we will never be able to go toe to toe with the minted clubs so this should always be factored into the appointment of a manager be it fighting to get out the Championship or staying in the Prem.

Which is why Roy fitted like a glove and in some respects so did Clarke.

Also why we were linked with Hughton on two occasions.

Why then did the club appoint RDM?

Saying that don’t tell me RDM is a better coach than Slav?

Slav all day long for me pal. Love the bloke to bits and pieces.

Good luck placating and explaining that to the purists amongst our fan base. They’ve never go their heads around where, who and what we are in this era of football.

Where the hells that Q come from and why relevant?  RDM was appointed based on his MK Dons record which was good.

He was viewed a lazy though by the hierarchy-and rightly so towards the end.  WBA became a distraction.

RDM and this conversation though! I’m lost
