Arf. It’s going to be a better day weather wise than they originally forecasted and so I won’t go for a long walk today as social distancing will be more difficult due to the sunny weather. I’ll get up early tomorrow and head off out in a long walk.
I’ve decided to go back on my diet of whole tomatoes for breakfast and lunch starting from tomorrow due to exercising less during lockdown. This is what I ate for breakfast and lunch for 8 weeks last year whilst on my weight loss regime as there’s only 17 calories in one whole tomato (which surprised me when I learnt this).
