I've never really took to his style of cooking. He comes across as a lovely bloke, especially fir a Dingle, but rarely do any of his recipes wet my whistle.

Would normally use minced lamb but I'm saving that for a ragu with redcurrant jam, mint, oregano and chillies (courtesy of Nigella).
