Testing people to establish if they are negative surely only provides a short lived level of security so how frequently are they expecting people to get tested?
Based on their record with implementing any testing scheme I can only imagine it is another way of taking out of the public purse to keep their mates / funders happy with ridiculous contracts that never need to be delivered.
In view of the recent posts on this thread I can't work out if that answer is genuine or not?
Are you saying you don't trust the Government?
I'd be amazed if anyone trusted this government after the past 12 months. They throw distractions out there to keep everyone busy - this 'moonshot' is exactly that, Hancock was saying in Parliament today how successful the testing regime has been, it is basically lying to put it out there. And the more that it is said the more people believe it. We are 6 months into this virus and still are having troubles with our testing programme, if we had a decent testing regime we could build on that to get improvements such as this enhanced 'moonshot' - we haven't and we can't. We are basically running blind into the winter with this and they want to spend billions on a dream.
Indeed but which countries are handling things any better?
