I too hope there's no excess.deaths.
Facts are that the data govt used on Saturday was 3 weeks old. Today based on those assumptions there should be 1000 deaths. They haven't bothered to update their models.
Taking "cases" at face value for now : MRCU shows cases flatlined, Kings College who had million respondents shows cases flatlined.
Write to your MP. I'm not asking you to suspend your beliefs , but ask him to request that forecasts are updated using the latest data , to wait 7 days maybe . This sledgehammer to crack a nut that is getting smaller by the day will end up killing us all.
