I was given a card recording the date of my first shot and which vaccine I'd been given. There was no precise date arranged for the follow-up shot, but I was told I'd be contacted by the GP mid/late May, which roughly equated to 10-12 weeks, depending on the eventual date.
Edit: In almost everything they've done I regard this government as beyond useless, but in terms of the vaccination roll-out they seem to be getting a lot more right than wrong and when they do have to make adjustments on the hoof they seem to be listening to input from informed sources.
