Israel, for example, best country in the world from a vaccine perspective, impressive reduction in R. Compare that to rates in Bahrain (also positive vaccination rates), increasing infections. UK stats are currently pretty good, but it does feel like there is another wave incoming... unless vaccinations really are a panacea.
