The reason they say NHS staff must be vaccinated is because they are a danger to patients. You know those very same patient's they are going to be looking after during a winter predicted to be one of the worst in history. Surely letting those unvaccinated staff mix with patients is the last thing that should be happening seeing as they are so deadly.
But it is ok to retain unvaccinated staff in order to prevent an NHS collapse. And then after the staff have seen us through the winter their reward will be the sack
That one is simpler, care home workers will be directly working with the most vulnerable. NHS workers can be reallocated to less risky areas or working with the less vulnerable.
