Not a huge surprise really. Always thought we were a “maybe” at best.
More shocking is that for the first time in 12 years and 58 matches, United are not being shown. January 5: Liverpool vs Everton (BBC) January 6: Fleetwood/Hereford vs Leicester City (BBC) January 6: Norwich vs Chelsea (BT Sport) January 7: Shrewsbury vs West Ham United (BBC) January 7: Nottingham Forest vs Arsenal (BT Sport) January 8: Brighton and Hove Albion vs Crystal Palace (BT Sport)

Gotta make way for that "massive rivalry" between two clubs that are 50 miles apart. One in London one on the coast.
That's more interesting than a potential giant kill ay it?

We've bored the Nation during every televised match we've played this season. What do you expect?

Neutrals like to see potential upsets in the Cup. Should have chosen Dings v Swansea, not another all Prem tie. Interesingly though, just read that the Brighton game will be first to trial video assistant ref.

Brighton v Palace? Two jumped up Johnnie-come- Lately clubs I dislike irrationally. I always take one side or other when watching a game but unless both teams can lose, I won't bother.
