These are the documents posted to Reddit that was picked up on by I'm guessing a Labour staffer and sent to Corbyn.

So either The Telegraph leaked them to Russia (unlikely given the reference to phishing), Liam Fox doesn't understand how to keep his email secure (very plausible) or someone working for the government at the time with access to Liam Fox's email account leaked the reports or Fox's email account to both Russian intelligence and The Telegraph (I'm going with this one).
