You're right. In those days it was either there or upstairs at the Dog and Peasant for a little shin-dig and hope of a cop off. There was a club though somewhere a little out of town from Bromsgrove that was like an old manor house/hotel that we went to a few times but was a nightmare because 1) you had to wear a suit that invariably got trashed and 2) getting a taxi back was a complete lottery. Any idea of what the name of that was?
