I know a few on here were there but good to see for the rest

To think as a middle aged man I will go to my grave never seeing the Albion at Wembley on an fa cup final..

That's brilliant! I'm 39 this year and I still hold hope that one day we'll get there.

It was tongue in cheek given some of the views expressed on here...

Some proper gentlemen and haircuts in that photo! Don't make them like they used to! Smile

Cracking photo. When football was for the fans not for the wallets

I'm forever grateful that I have seen us lift the cup at Wembley, but little did I know how I would suffer for it the best part of the next 53 years Big Grin

My Grandad was at the '31, '35 and '54 Finals. Tear the eye footage that. So funny the Birmingham lot were cheering as Albion regained the lead. Shit goal, the worse defending you'll not ever see, but they all count. 7 finals and 3 wins at that point to. Promotion and Cup double.

As I said last week I've  got the Blue Sports Argos from that day but that's it.   Just think about it though-what a day that must have been-all those preening arrogant Seal twats stewing in their own piss whilst the better part of the region decamped to the home of football for our day in the sun.

Can't help wondering whether our ancestors got duffed up on the way back to Wembley Park tube though.....
