Big sam bringing in 3

There's still a chance IMO. It is going to be very tough, but put a run together and who knows what may happen. For the newer players it is a new start and we basically have a 17 game season. 6 wins and 6 draws should do it. 5 losses. That's doable. It has been done before, so keep the faith. Players in are improvements , so it will be a different first XI at least and might improve performances across the squad.

Some one will have a stinker in the second half of the season and it is about reeling in those just outside bottom 3.

There's almost always someome unexpected who drops like a stone and someone in the bottom 3 who puts a run together - my money would be on us or SheffU.  Fulham have suppsoedly been playing well and are still only 2 points above us, whereas surely we can only get better.

The TM season - we got relegated and we all know another game or 2 and Hull would have dropped, a couple of more games for BigDave and we'd have possiblly survived.

We've got to believe it's doable otherwise we may as well forfeit the season, bringing in players as we have isn't being reckless with the club's money over the next few years, we're hardly chucking around loads of money and long contracts!

(for the record I accept in reality it's probably a forlorn hope but you never know, it's a rare season for 3 to be cut adrift and stay that way...)

I'm no huge fan of BS but there has been no "right side" to choose from.   No players waiting in the wings to make a difference.   He's tried different formations and combinations and each time his body language just tells you the players are letting him down and not able to follow instructions.  Like a lower division side in the cup we have peaked a few times but on most days just didnt have the quality, fight or leadership needed.

I'm sorry but the formation v City and then the 5 at the back for Fulham was downright idiotic..

He doesn't trust any of them he run out of ideas on how to carry the team forward. You can put glitter on a turd but it will be still a turd.

We should have a decent Chump squad next year. A load of players with good experience.
