Not sure exactly where those figures are pulled from (not saying they are wrong) but does this also include any money that put in to acquire the ground as well? Believe the sale value may have been around the 60m mark

That was an asset sale, not a P&L item.

I have checked, yes knew it was an asset sale - looks like it was done via inter group loan from a separate group company but it was sold at a sizeable profit on the sale which I suspect propped up the results to try and avoid FFP
