The point is that we're in a cycle of promote- sack- relegation- repeat.
Those 2 were given time cos we had a medium term (never long term with the Baggies) plan.
Mowbray left, but the assumption was he'd be given till Christmas.

I get that and would agree that we need to be more patient, but when was the last time we unfairly sacked a manger?

Arguably some of them should have never been appointed in ghe first place.

It's not the sacking process that's the issue, it's the hiring process.
