How's the hair holding up?

First lockdown I had neck trimmed by my wife, but my hair held out well, with the enforced lockdown forcing me to grow a side parting for the first time in 20 years.

Now though, having taken on the side parting it's getting unwieldy. Have had to use hair gel for the first time this century. I fear holding on another month might see me beginning to have the makings of a Pat Sharp 1987 mullet.

I have a very thick head of hair that I normally have cut to grade 1, but I have let it grow.. Explosion in a matress comes to mind.

Had my knob scratched just before Christmas and now it's looking abbot straggly. I buzzed it off last June so I may well do that again.
