The weird thing is, I think our players can be capable of the overlapping CB system. Both OShea and Ajayi especially love a roam forward.

You could also see Townsend tucking in to the LCB role really well.

The roaming CB's won't be the problem, it's the blokes covering when they are roaming that may be an issue

One thing I would say if Wilder gets the gig, and I'm all for him getting it by the way, is it probably spells the end for people such as Grady, Edwards etc

Not sure how wingers fit into that system, I think Furlong and Townsend could relish in those roles but we need back up for both, don't see O'Shea playing RWB at all, Phillips could act as cover if he sticks around for 12 months

The midfield three will need a massive overhaul though
