I’m playing Thursday. Can’t wait! Been doing a lot of running over lockdown but totally different type of fitness isn’t it?

It is I was jogging 2 -3 times a week before we started playing again back in November but not sure it made much difference. Its the stop starting in 5-a-side plus at 49 I am sure fitness drops off quicker.
