Sacked from Aberdeen after they only scored 1 goal in his last 9 games. Reading some of their fans comments it seems he was their version of Pulis.

McInnes struggled in the Championship last time he managed at this level.

If you take out the fact he was our former captain, I don't see why he'd even be considered. Alex Neil has a better record and his appointment would cause a meltdown.
