In the right circumstances, so would I.

But he's not available for the time being, and the situation at the club - with the technical/sporting director (or whatever his title is) possibly being railroaded by the owner - would make it problematic in any event; particularly when there's also damage to repair from his last stint here.

Good candidate, wrong circumstances unfortunately.

To be fair, there was a lot more to it than just that. He was completely destroyed by club politics. He became too scared to lose games, and that fed through to everyone. 

It's no wonder he harbours a lot of resentment for the club, and his family actively detest us.
