Legal advice needed
#1
I recently had a full knee replacement however a few days after the operation I was taken into hospital with what turned out to be two blood clots which had settled into my lung, this as you can imagine was very worrisome, I was put on blood thinning tablets and five months on I’m still on them, the hospital have completed an inquiry as to how I came about contracting the pulmonary embolisms have sent me a detailed account of my treatment whilst on the ward and have concluded that my P.E. Were avoidable, they concluded I was not given the correct medication.

Would really appreciate it if anyone on here could guide me as to what I do next, ta

Whyever not? Are you for real? He could've easily died.

If you're local to the Black Country then Waldrons Solicitors has a very good Clinical Negligence department.

I beg to Differ, i have had experience with Waldrons and before the head of this dept left last year they were poor, but now she has left they're even worse.

sadly though I cant find a good one to recommend instead.
