Wonderful city, wonderful people, terrible infrastructure. 

Not sure what to make of the fact tourism has rebuilt the city and is providing a lot of people with a way out of poverty, but it’s leaving so many behind!

I also think we use Cuban internet to complete our transfers and managerial appointments!
