Are there any well established websites that will tell you what the cheapest flights leaving an airport are in the next couple.of days at any given time? Regardless of what the destinations are

I tend to use Kayak, with the explore everywhere option, but Skyscanner just as good.

Kiwi.com is also a very handy for cheap flights. Especially if you want to get somewhere for as little money as possible, but don't mind taking a more circuitous route.
Momondo is also a v good site.

Skyscanner first, then any flight that takes your fancy go directly to the supplier.
E.g Ryanair
