Interesting if you look at the teams in the play-offs there is only really Leeds whose best players aren’t on loan. 

Us- Gayle, Barnes (first half of season)
Villa- Abraham, Mings
Derby- Wilson, Mount, Tomori. 

Shows the value of having links to the Top 6 with the likes of Lampard and Terry getting jobs.
