Ay = Black Country dialect for "isn't" or "am not"

Aye = Alternative word for "yes," particularly in Scotland, Yorkshire and a number of other dialects.

Loads of posts yesterday singing praises of everyone involved yesterday.

Only natural there will be less to debate today.

Perhaps because it's Monday and the majority of folk on here are at work with less free time to post as opposed to yesterday which was the weekend where the majority of folk on here were not at work with more free time to post.

Use your fucking head.

Pedant = a person excessively concerned with minor details.

However I take your point xx

Took me about 10 attempts to post last night. Site slower than ever.

CIM is right the board was very slow last night, when most people would want to comment.

And also it is natural that more people post when there is something to complain about than when they are happy. Similarly bad news is more often reported on than good news. I'll leave to the psychologists to explain why, if they can?

Yep. Exactly. Pretty much all the fiercest critics and biggest moaners from the week previously have ALL said how good yesterday was and that if that carries on nothing will be worth moaning about.
