Pulis was the favourite.... guess he’s saving himself for a Stoke return.

It’ll be very interesting to see how they cope with Wednesday... it’s a hell of a step up from bullying the conf and league two with lincoln.

It is - especially when Bullen has done a good job as caretaker in 2 spells. The leap has been beyond Hurst and Jones

Not ideal for Melbourne.

Bullen better off out of it... their owners clearly have no interest in giving him the job... they’ve been waiting for him to lose a game so they can go and interview people, and his performance under the circumstances deserves more respect than that.

It's going to happen. I just hope it happens after we've played them at least once

They certainly deserve a shot at a bigger club given their performances over the last few years. It’ll be interesting to see how they get on.

Didn’t they turn down the Huddersfield position before Wednesday approached them?

Lincoln is slightly nearer to Sheffield. Huddersfield.
Not much in it.

Sheff wednesday have not been really playing that well. They would expect to have more points when you consider who they have played. Care takers are often only good in short spells. Its is a good move by them to get a guy from outside IMO.
