Doing a fabulous job at Oxford. Now set to take No2 role at Leicester. Honestly think he's making the wrong move.

Has spoken out against Oxford's new owners slashing budgets and shutting the academy recently, so no surprise he wants out.

Probably reckons there's a shot at him taking over if Shakespeare gets the boot too...
