Fawlty Towers was the best for me and Only Fools and Horses second.
John Cleese did the right thing though, stopped it when it was at its peak, something that Only Fools and Horses could have learned from.

Fawlty Towers is fucking brilliant. My seven-year-old and I sat down and laughed out loud together the other day. That part with the rat in the biscuit tin is just so shit it's just classic  Big Grin

We'd have missed a heck of a lot if they'd only done 12 episodes. They nearly canned it after the first series. It had been going for quite a few years before it started looking a bit stale.
