Not sure if I have seen this posted but blues have avoided a second points deduction for FFP breaches this year

Looks like the EFL may appeal the decision though, there is a definite change in the way the EFL is taking a stance on these breaches and there are still a few clubs in the championship who have been said are under scrutiny e.g. Derby

Maybe, the whole FFP thing should be abandoned. It looks like a solicitors bunfight in waiting with only a handful of clubs getting done while others base their business plan on smoke and mirrors. If you can't have plain and simple rules, set in stone, what is the point? The idea of preventing established members of the league from going to the wall didn't help Bury. May as well let the clubs go spending themselves into death or glory and everyone knows where they stand.

Appeal, then a deduction at the end of the season of just enough points to keep them safe...
