It's because the Forest owner (who also owns Olympicos) met some of the Arsenal squad the other week.

Though slightly shades of 1968 snow gate.

The season will get finished whatever happens. Ideally they just say - GAME OVER all leagues finish as they stand and any odd games are draws so that Sheff United jump Wolves for the Euro spot.

We need to get through this, and then the scenario and solution needs to be legally documented in case it ever occurs again.

Interestingly enough there were three separate waves to the Spanish Flu pandemic between the spring of 1918 and early 1920.

There's more than a chance we'll see another wave of coronavirus before potential vaccines pass clinical trials.

Next winter could be interesting.

It's ridiculous that this match has been postponed because some Arsenal players met the Olympiakos owner on the 27th when other games are going ahead with players who have met him more recently than the Arsenal players. Olympiakos' game tomorrow against Wolves has not been cancelled and all of their players, board members and staff have been tested negative. Marinakis was also at Forest last week and supposedly 'shook hands with every player', yet their game this weekend has not been cancelled after carrying out tests on the Forest players.

It just seems a bit absurd to me.

It's because anyone who has been in contact with a known infectee is to self isolate for 14 days... hence Arsenal have no players that can play!

Oh so it turns out only 5 players and a few staff are self isolating. In that case the game should carry on, they're using it as an excuse.
